How to Enter:
Enter through the main entrance at 305 E 86th St and take the elevator to the Health Club level, located below the lobby. Please check in with the Health Club front desk. The locker rooms are to the left and right of the health club entrance. The pool is located downstairs from the heath club.

4,5 ,6 to 86th St
M86 to 86th St/2nd Ave
M15 to E 88th St

Temperature: 82 degrees
Seating: Seating for families and caretakers is located on the pool deck.
Rules: Please note that all rules are strictly enforced by Physique Swimming staff.
  • Children over the age of 6 must use same sex locker rooms.
  • Strollers and street shoes are prohibited on the pool deck.
  • No food or drink is permitted in the pool area.
  • Swimmers who are not fully toilet trained are required to wear a swim diaper in addition to a bathing suit.
  • All swimmers are required to bring a towel and bathing suit for each class.
  • Changing on deck is not permitted, all swimmers must change in the locker rooms. Changing diapers on deck is prohibited.
  • Swimming caps must be worn by all swimmers.
  • Swimmers are not allowed in the pool prior to class.
