How to Enter:
Enter at 325 Park Avenue and walk through the chapel on the right, through a set of doors and to the elevators. The pool and locker rooms are located on the lower level of the recreational area, at the end of the hallway to the left.

Transportation Options:
6 to 51st St
E, M to 53rd St/Lexington Avenue
E, M to 53rd St/5th Avenue
M101, M103 to E 53rd St
M50 to Madison Avenue or Lexington Avenue

Temperature: 86 degrees
Seating: Seating for families and caretakers is located on the pool deck.
Rules: Please note that all rules are strictly enforced by Physique Swimming staff.

Children over the age of 6 must use same sex locker rooms.
Strollers and street shoes are prohibited on the pool deck.
No food or drink is permitted in the pool area.
Swimmers who are not fully toilet trained are required to wear a swim diaper in addition to a bathing suit.
All swimmers are required to bring a towel and bathing suit for each class.
Changing on deck is not permitted, all swimmers must change in the locker rooms. Changing diapers on deck is prohibited.
Swimming caps must be worn by all swimmers.
Swimmers are not allowed in the pool prior to class.
