JOBS + CAREERS
We are always looking for talented and motivated team members and offer a variety of part-time and full-time positions across our aquatics, camp, support, and management teams. REQUIREMENTS
Lifeguards
- Be at least 16 years of age at the start of employment
- Current American Red Cross certifications:
- Lifeguarding
- CPR/AED for the professional rescuer (within the past year)
- First Aid for the Professional Rescuer
- Ability to complete a prerequisite swim test
- Ability to successfully demonstrate CPR/AED and rescue skills
Instructors
- Be at least 16 years of age at the start of employment
- Ability to demonstrate:
- Freestyle
- Backstroke
- Breaststroke
- Butterfly
- Current WSI certification (not required but highly recommended)
- Current CPR/AED certification (within the past year)
- Previous experience in the aquatics or childcare industries
Management
- Be at least 16 years of age at the start of employment
- Ability to demonstrate:
- Freestyle
- Backstroke
- Breaststroke
- Butterfly
- Current WSI certification (not required but highly recommended)
- Current CPR/AED certification (within the past year)
- Previous experience in the aquatics or childcare industries
Support Teams
- Be at least 16 years of age at the start of employment
- Ability to demonstrate:
- Freestyle
- Backstroke
- Breaststroke
- Butterfly
- Current WSI certification (not required but highly recommended)
- Current CPR/AED certification (within the past year)
- Previous experience in the aquatics or childcare industries
