Are your staff certified?
Absolutely. All lifeguards and instructors maintain the certifications required for their roles, including American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications where applicable. We also provide ongoing training and professional development to ensure staff remain current on safety standards and best practices.
Do you work with seasonal facilities?
Yes. We work with both seasonal and year-round aquatic facilities throughout the NYC metro area. Whether you need full staffing and operational support for a summer season or ongoing management throughout the year, we can develop a solution that meets your facility’s needs.
Do you provide lifeguards?
Yes. We provide certified lifeguards for seasonal and year-round aquatic facilities. Our lifeguards are trained to maintain a safe, professional environment while delivering exceptional service to your members and guests. We handle recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, supervision, and ongoing performance management.
What kind of programming do you offer?
We offer a wide range of aquatic programming for all ages and abilities, including learn-to-swim classes, private and semi-private lessons, adult swim instruction, water exercise classes, lifeguard certification courses, CPR training, and special events. Programs can be customized to fit the goals and demographics of your community.
Can you train our existing staff?
Yes. In addition to providing our own staff, we can train and develop your existing team. We offer lifeguard certification and recertification courses, CPR and First Aid training, swim instructor development, customer service training, and facility-specific operational procedures.
Can you handle registration and customer service?
Yes. We can provide comprehensive administrative support for aquatic programs, including participant registration, enrollment management, customer communication, scheduling assistance, payment collection coordination, and ongoing customer service.
