How to Enroll

Register for group classes online through our iClass Pro Customer Portal

First, create an account or sign in to your existing account through our Customer Portal. Next, add your family and student information and a stored payment method. Finally, filter available classes, camps, and programs by age, level, location, day, and more! Once you have added your selections to your cart, complete the checkout process. An automated email confirmation will follow all registrations completed successfully.

  • Registration is arranged on a semester basis with tuition due at the time of sign up
  • You can enroll for the session at any time during the semester. All registrations are prorated automatically at checkout to exclude any classes that have passed.
  • Promo codes must be entered at checkout at the time of purchase to be honored.
  • An automated email confirmation will follow all registrations completed successfully. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please double-check to ensure your order is completed.

For personalized instruction, consider private or semi-private lessons. Private and semi-private lessons are available at all our facilities, for swimmers of all ages and abilities, and can be scheduled at any of our group class times.

Me & My Shadow

Ages: 6 – 36 months
Me & My Shadow

Parents and children participate in class together. Instructors use sing-along songs to introduce aquatic skills and encourage learning through play and repetition, and guide parents on proper holding techniques, safety practices, verbal and physical cues while focusing on water acclimation and comfort in the pool and class environment.

Beginner 1 (Water Exploration)

Ages: 3 – 5 years
Beginner 1

No previous swimming experience is required. Young swimmers will develop fundamental skills to build a strong foundation for future swimming success in our introductory course. Swimmers will learn to safely enter and exit the pool, master breath control, and become proficient in submersion through structured activities and guided exploration.

Key Skills:

  • Submersion: Practicing facial and full-body submersion.
  • Floating: Independent front and back floats.
  • Gliding: Developing smooth gliding motions.
  • Kicking: Basic kicking techniques for propulsion.
  • Locomotion: Learning the foundations of front crawl.

Beginner 2 (Primary Skills)

Ages: 4 – 6 years
Beginner 2

Swimmers have passed Beginner 1 and are comfortable submerging and floating. This course focuses on properly mastering foundation skills to prepare swimmers to swim independently. Through focused instruction and engaging play, swimmers will gain confidence, improve their technique, and master primary foundation skills to prepare them for advanced courses.

Key Skills:

  • Breath Control: Submersion & rhythmic breathing
  • Floating: Independently on front & back
  • Balance: Gliding independently, rolling over from front to back
  • Locomotion: Front crawl & back crawl independently
  • Water Safety: Jumps into deep water, sitting dives, safe entry & exit

Advanced 1 (Stroke Readiness)

Ages: 5 – 8 years
Advanced 1

Swimmers who have passed Beginner 2 can now swim independently for 4-6 feet and can confidently demonstrate all fundamental skills (submersion, floating, gliding, rolling over, and front crawl). In this class, swimmers will build confidence swimming in deep water and further develop their balance and coordination by refining their freestyle, and backstroke and mastering rotary breathing through engaging drills. Swimmers are introduced to the fundamentals of breaststroke and butterfly and continue to develop stamina by swimming longer distances.

Advanced 2 (Stroke Development)

Ages: 7 – 10 years
Advanced 2

Swimmers have completed Advanced 1 and can confidently navigate deep water. Swimmers will continue to refine their freestyle and backstroke techniques, focusing on proper body position, stroke mechanics, and breathing patterns through engaging drills and activities. Additionally, they will learn the fundamental mechanics of breaststroke and butterfly and continue to build stamina and endurance by swimming longer distances. Swimmers are introduced to standing dives, and competitive starts and turns.

Swim Team Prep

Ages: 9 years +
Swim Team Prep

Swimmers have completed Advanced 2 and can now demonstrate basic competency in all four strokes. This course focuses on refining techniques and improving efficiency through hydrodynamics. Swimmers will practice competitive starts and turns, and build endurance for future training.

Adult Beginner (Foundation Skills)

Ages: 18 years +

No prior swimming experience is necessary. Non-swimmers and beginners are welcome. Adult swimmers (18+) will learn foundational water safety and swimming skills through skill progressions and guided exploration in a safe and comfortable learning environment. Swimmers will practice breath control, buoyancy, balance, and body awareness. Additionally, they’ll be introduced to freestyle swimming and basic safety skills, ultimately working towards swimming independently.

Adult Intermediate (Swim Drills)

Ages: 18 years +

Intermediate and advanced swimmers (18+) can demonstrate all foundation skills with confidence. Ideal for triathletes and fitness enthusiasts. This class focuses on building cardiovascular endurance and perfecting stroke techniques through targeted drills. Swimmers will refine their swimming skills and improve their fitness.
