Schedule:
Arrival: 9:00-9:30am
Warm Up: 9:30-10:00am
Meet Starts: 10:00am
Meet Ends: 12:00pm

Eligibility:
All events are open to any swimmers who can complete one length of the pool (25 yards)
without assistance.

Awards:
Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place finishers in each heat.
Ribbons will be awarded to all finishers. All participants will receive a holiday gift bag.

Make checks payable to ‘Physique Swimming,’ credit cards and cash are accepted at the
pool.

All proceeds from the meet go directly to our scholarship fund to sponsor swimmers!
Donations are welcomed and accepted at the pool or before the event.
