Ages: 6 – 36 months
Parents and children participate in class together. Through songs, repetition, and play-based activities, instructors introduce foundational aquatic skills while coaching parents on proper holds, safety practices, verbal cues, and physical support techniques. The primary goal is to build comfort, confidence, and positive experiences in the water.

Ages: 3-5 years
Designed for swimmers with little or no previous swimming experience, Beginner 1 introduces fundamental aquatic skills through games, exploration, and structured activities. Swimmers build confidence in the water while learning safe behavior, breath control, floating, kicking, and basic independent movement.
Learning Objectives:

Ages: 4-6 years
Swimmers have passed Beginner 1 and are comfortable submerging and maintaining a floating position. This course focuses on mastering foundational swimming skills that prepare swimmers for independent swimming. Through focused instruction and engaging play, swimmers will build confidence, improve technique, and develop strong habits that support success in advanced levels.

Ages: 5 – 8 years
Swimmers who have passed Beginner 2 can now swim independently for 4-6 feet and can confidently demonstrate all fundamental skills (submersion, floating, gliding, rolling over, and front crawl). In this class, swimmers will build confidence swimming in deep water and further develop their balance and coordination by refining their freestyle and backstroke and mastering rotary breathing through engaging drills. Swimmers are introduced to the fundamentals of breaststroke and butterfly, and continue to develop stamina by swimming longer distances.

Ages: 7-10 years
Swimmers have completed Advanced 1 and can confidently navigate deep water. This course focuses on refining freestyle and backstroke through improved body position, stroke mechanics, and breathing patterns while introducing the fundamental mechanics of breaststroke and butterfly. Swimmers continue building stamina by swimming longer distances and are introduced to standing dives, competitive starts, and turns.

Ages: 9 years +
Swimmers have completed Advanced 2 and can demonstrate competency in all four competitive strokes. This course focuses on refining stroke technique, improving efficiency through proper hydrodynamics, and preparing swimmers for a competitive swim team environment. Swimmers will build endurance through interval training while developing legal competitive starts, turns, and race skills.

Ages: 18 years +
No prior swimming experience is necessary. Non-swimmers and beginners are welcome. Adult swimmers will learn foundational water safety and swimming skills through guided instruction, skill progressions, and structured practice in a safe and supportive environment. Swimmers will develop confidence in the water while learning breath control, buoyancy, balance, and body awareness. The course introduces the fundamentals of freestyle swimming and essential water safety skills, preparing participants to swim independently.

Intermediate and advanced swimmers can confidently demonstrate all foundational swimming skills. Ideal for triathletes, fitness swimmers, and adults looking to improve efficiency, this class focuses on refining stroke mechanics while building cardiovascular endurance through structured drills and interval training. Swimmers will improve technique, body position, and overall swimming performance in a challenging yet supportive environment.

Private (1:1) swim lessons are available for swimmers of all ages and skill levels at our NYC and New Jersey locations. Each lesson is tailored to the swimmer’s individual goals, allowing for focused instruction and accelerated progress. Ideal for beginners, swimmers looking to build confidence, competitive athletes, or anyone who benefits from individualized instruction.
Availability varies by location and is subject to pool capacity and instructor availability. Contact us to inquire about current openings.

Semi-private lessons provide focused instruction with two swimmers paired with one instructor. These lessons are available for swimmers of all ages and skill levels at our NYC and New Jersey locations.
Semi-private lessons are ideal for siblings, friends, or swimmers of similar ability levels who would like to learn together while still receiving individualized coaching.
Please note: Two swimmers are required at the time of registration.
