Refund Policy

  • All sales are final at the time of registration.
  • Tuitions and course fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds or credits will not be offered for missed or unused classes.

Make-Up Class Policy

  • Make-up classes are offered in the event you miss your regularly scheduled class.
  • Must be scheduled within the current semester.
  • Make-ups do not roll over from session to session
  • Make-ups are not eligible for refund or credit.
  • Planned closure dates are excluded from semester pricing and tuition, make-up classes are not necessary.
  • Make-up classes are subject to availability and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy

  • To drop or place a hold on your classes contact us by email or phone.
  • Any remaining tuition will be issued to your iClass Pro account as credit which can be used towards a future enrollment.
  • Refunds and credits will not be offered for missed or unused classes due to class drops.
  • Physique Swimming reserves the sole right to cancel or reschedule classes due to inclement weather, emergencies, or facility repairs.
  • If classes are canceled unexpectedly we will notify you by phone or email with as much notice as possible. Make-up classes or credit will be offered.
  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations.

What to Bring

  • Bathing suit
  • Towel
  • Goggles
  • Swim Cap
  • Sandals/slippers (street shoes are prohibited on the pool deck)
  • Swimmers who are not fully toilet trained are required to wear a swim diaper under their bathing suit.

Me & My Shadow swimmers must bring the items listed above for adult and child, plus a swim diaper with snug-fitting bottom over (must be a swim diaper, regular diapers are prohibited). Swim cap and goggles are not required for this course but long hair (past ears)  must be tied back.

Facility Rules

  • Please follow all posted pool rules and staff instructions.
  • Street shoes are prohibited on the pool deck for swimmers and spectators and must be removed upon entry.
  • Strollers are prohibited on the pool deck.
  • No eating or drinking on the pool deck. 
  • No glass on the pool deck. Reusable/plastic water bottles are permitted.
  • No changing on deck, please use the changing facilities before and after class. 
  • Swimmers over the age of 6 must use same-sex locker rooms or family-changing facilities.
  • Swim caps are required for all swimmers. 
  • Swimmers must wear a bathing suit for all classes. Streetwear/athletic gear are not permitted in the water.

Payments & Billing

  • By agreeing to the terms & conditions you agree to adhere to all payment and billing policies.
  • Physique Swimming reserves the sole right to charge and complete payments on outstanding balances or services rendered.
  • Semester tuition is due at the time of sign-up to complete your registration.
  • We do not issue automatic or recurring charges, but a stored payment method is required for all accounts for incidentals.
  • Payment information is stored securely and will not be visible to anyone other than the primary account holder.

Contact Info

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you grant Physique Swimming the right to:
  • Collect and securely store your contact information (name, phone number, email address, postal code) for marketing and promotion purposes. Personal information will be used internally and will never be sold to or shared with outside third parties.
  • Collect and securely store demographic information (age, gender, postal code) for research and marketing purposes.
  • Contact you by phone (call or text) and email for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Contact you by phone (call or text) and email with communications and updates relevant to you or your participants while engaged in services.

Media Release

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you grant Physique Swimming the right to take and utilize photographs, videos, or any type of recordings of participating child/children and their parents, caregivers, or anyone accompanying them while engaged in the Services. You consent to Physique Swimming’s use of any and all such photographs, videos, or recordings of you and your child/children for advertising, promotional, teacher training, or related purposes, and waive all rights to compensation and other rights which may arise as a result (including any rights under N.Y. Civil Rights Law 50 and other similar state laws).

Release of Liability

As an adult participant, or as the legal guardian of my designated participant(s) I hereby consent to all participants(s) participating in Physique Swimming programs. 

By consenting, I hereby acknowledge and understand:

  • The terms & conditions of service including rules, warnings, and restrictions for myself and my participants.
  • I assume any risks associated with sports or physical activities including the possibility of injury or death and hold harmless Physique Swimming, its personnel and entities.  
  • Swimming is a physical activity and poses unique risks including but not limited to injury or the possibility of death.
  • Indemnify and hold harmless Physique Swimming, its personnel, and its entities from any liability resulting from injuries, losses, damage, or death or costs incurred.
  • I have the authority to agree to these terms and have agreed to willingly under my own free will and not under duress. 
  • It is the express intent of all staff and personnel to provide for the safety and protection of my participant(s) to the best of their ability.
  • Agree to the terms of our media release policy and authorize photos, videos, and my likeness to be used for legitimate marketing and promotional purposes, as well as that of my participant(s) while engaged in services.
  • Consent to being contacted by Physique Swimming personnel through phone (call or text) or email for marketing and promotion purposes as well as to receive updates regarding my participation in Physique Swimming programs.
