Acceptable options include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One-piece swimsuits<\/li>\n<li>Well-fitted two-piece swimsuits<\/li>\n<li>Swim trunks, jammers, or briefs<\/li>\n<li>Rash guards, swim shirts, or performance swim tops<\/li>\n<li>Swim caps and goggles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Coverage Expectations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To ensure comfort and professionalism in a shared space with children, families, and staff:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Swimwear must provide adequate coverage of the chest, buttocks, and groin area at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Styles that expose excessive skin (thongs, micro-bikinis, extremely low-cut or open-side suits, etc.) are not permitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>No See-Through or Sheer Materials<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Swimwear made from transparent, mesh, or heavily sheer fabric is not allowed.<\/li>\n<li>Suits must remain opaque both dry and wet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fit &#038; Function<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Swimwear should be secure enough to stay in place during normal movement, swimming, and instruction.<\/li>\n<li>Clothing not designed for pool use (cotton t-shirts, sports bras, streetwear, etc.) is not permitted as it affects water quality and safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructor &#038; Staff Discretion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Physique Swimming staff reserve the right to determine if attire meets these guidelines. cases, Physique Swimming may offer a make-up class or account credit. style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outstanding balances<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: payments for any unpaid balances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to remain responsible for all costs associated with collection of unpaid balances, including reasonable credit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Account credits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have no cash value<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Are non-transferable<\/span><\/li>\n<li conditions, or physical limitations must be disclosed prior to participation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants may be restricted from activities at staff discretion for safety reasons.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participation is at your own risk, as outlined in Section 10.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>On-Deck Supervision &#038; Conduct<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A parent or guardian must remain present and attentive for all participants under the age of 18 unless otherwise specified.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants are expected to arrive in proper swim attire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Showering prior to entering the pool is strongly encouraged where facilities permit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Swim diapers are required for any child not fully toilet trained.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Emergency Procedures<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of an emergency, staff will take appropriate action, including administering first aid and contacting emergency services if necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By participating, you authorize Physique Swimming staff to act in the best interest of the participant in emergency
