Battery Park
Waiver (PDF) - All participants
for Battery Park Swim and Fitness Center
are required to sign this waiver.
All missed classes must be made up within the session.
There are no classes scheduled on major official Holidays.
Schedule is
subject to change with advance notification.
Wearing bathing caps and
showering before entering the pool is an NYC law. Everyone who is on deck
must have their shoes off. Class fees are not refundable after the first
lesson. Parents may observe class, but should remain seated on the bleachers
without interrupting the lesson. No running No gum chewing No food or
drink is allowed in the pool area. There are no strollers allowed on pool
deck. A lifeguard is always on duty.
